In the event of the courier failing to deliver the parcel to the designated shipping address during the scheduled time frame after many delivery attempts at the consignee's address; and such goods having been returned to the carrier's sorting center; Cosplayshow will contact the customer for further proposition.
However, if the customer still wishes to receive the product despite it being undeliverable due to their own reasons (such as an incorrect shipping address or failure to receive the package after multiple delivery attempts), Cosplayshow will be permitted to reship the goods to the customer, but you will be required to charge a certain amount of shipping fare for package reroutes. The details, including the reshipment tracking number, will be automatically sent to the customer's e-mail box as soon as Cosplayshow re-dispatched the goods from our warehouse.
If the customer no longer needs such merchandise, considering that Cosplayshow originally shipped the cargo to the designated shipping address within the estimated shipping time, Cosplayshow shall offer you a certain amount of refund based on the price of the merchandise. The shipping fee is excluded from the refund.
